PharmStar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is engaged in the validation, manufacture, and continuous product improvement of AQUAPRIN, whose formulation and manufacture depend mainly upon considerable skill and "know-how." Of course, a number of patents have been applied for.  Since the new patents, which we are 99% assure of will be granted within the next 12 months, the Company will enjoy 20 years of exclusive franchise.

The company will also Initiate clinical trials, when funding permits, in order to meet FDA and FTC requirements to make marketing claims of “fastest acting, Safest, and most potent” analgesic on the market

The Company is leasing a 30,000 sq ft. facility at 3791 N. Wesleyan Blvd, Rocky Mount.  All architectural and engineering work for modifications  have been completed and construction of the production facility is underway . This facility, which has room for expansion for large scale production, houses the offices, R&D labs and pilot plant production capability. The pilot plant will be FDA and CGMP compliant to provide for the manufacture of the products. Some pre-owned processing equipment has already been purchased and additional equipment will be identified and purchased to provide the manufacturing capability to meet forecast sales under the most stringent regulatory requirements.  The Company possesses significant product formulations and manufacturing know-how plus experience for the pharmaceutical products comprising its core business.

Pharmstar announces that the company has been awarded a grant of  $336,000  for the updating of the facilities for producing Aquaprin. This grant has accelerated the construction phase.
